Tenants Fees

Tenancies signed from 1st June 2019

 Late payment of rent (which is more than 14 days overdue) – 
3% over the Bank of England Base Rate calculated from the date the payment was due up until the date payment is received.
Early termination of tenancy (when approved by landlord) – 
Capped at the Landlord’s loss or Agent’s reasonable incurred costs (see above Landlord costs)
Tenancy Agreement Changes – 
(i.e. change of tenant, permission to keep pets) £50.00 per change
Loss of keys/security device – 
Cost of replacement keys/device

Tenancies signed before 1st June 2019

Change of tenant (payable by outgoing current tenant): £200.00 for first tenant (£150.00 for any subsequent tenants), £100.00 Tenancy Agreement Charge per property, £150.00 per Guarantor (if required)
Late payment of rent charge – £42.00
Breach of tenancy warning letter – £42.00
Missed prearranged appointment with agent, landlord or tradesman charge – £42.00
Early termination of tenancy (when approved by landlord) – £250.00
(The landlord may also request you pay their re-letting costs as detailed above) 
Interest on unpaid rent – 4% above HSBC base rate from date due
Charge for rent payments not made by standing order – £6.00
Check out charge – £180.00
Arrangement charge for remedial work required (i.e. cleaning) – £100.00
Additional check out appointments (where necessary) – £100.00 each
Same day bank transfer refunds (where agreed) – £30.00
