Part time Lettings Negotiator/Administrator (25 Hours Monday to Friday) – Acocks Green, Birmingham (B27) Branch

We are an established and independent agent situated in the heart of Acock’s Green with over 20 years’ experience in the lettings industry and in 2017 we branched out into Estate Agency to complement our lettings business. We have a great opportunity for someone local to the area looking to return to work or just seeking a fresh challenge. Previous experience is not compulsory but would be advantageous however a good knowledge of the local area is a must. The role will be quite varied as you will be working within a busy and professional but friendly office.

Your job role:

 

  • Matching clients to the right properties
  • Booking & carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating lets with landlords
  • Carrying out referencing checks
  • Booking and attending property visits with current tenants
  • General office administration

 

Key skills:

 

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast moving industry
  • Team player as well as being able to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Excellent local knowledge 
  • Confident and well presented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full driving licence and own car 

 

 

In return for these qualities you will receive full in-house training along with an excellent basic salary and a generous profit share commission structure.

 

Lettings & Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Coventry (CV5) Branch

Salary - £20,000 + Commission

We are an established and independent agent with over 20 years’ experience in the lettings industry and in 2017 we branched out into Estate Agency to complement our lettings business. We have a great opportunity for someone local to the area seeking a fresh challenge who is well-presented, confident and motivated to achieving results. Previous experience is not compulsory but would be advantageous however a good knowledge of Coventry is a must. You will be working within a busy and professional but friendly office just outside Coventry city centre and you will be booking and carrying out viewings, market appraisals and negotiating with landlords and vendors alike both in and outside of the office as well as promoting our business to potential new clients.

Lettings Administrator – Coventry (CV1) Branch – Starting salary £18k-£20k per year

We are looking for an experienced (but not necessarily in our industry) administrator to join our busy in-house referencing team. The role is very varied as no two applications (or properties!) are ever the same but primarily you will be processing applications from prospective tenants and liaising with landlords to ensure the right tenant is found, drawing up and processing the necessary legal agreements and paperwork required and ensuring the property itself is safe and ready to be tenanted. Moving house is stressful for everyone so communication skills are absolutely key for this role as you will be dealing with a landlord's greatest asset but also a tenant's home so you will need to build relationships, rapport with clients and staff alike. Sales skills are also beneficial as you will be required to upsell our products to landlords and tenants.
