Property Manager
A varied workload which includes lettings, carrying out inspections, report writing, renewals of leases, chasing arrears, rent reviews and day to day management of our portfolio. You will be working as part of a team, yet capable of arranging your own workload. The ideal candidate should have experience within the lettings industry or similar and looking to develop your career. You will need to be confident and have excellent motivational and communications skills.

The successful applicant will be trained in accordance with our procedures and will be given the opportunity to pass the Arla Technical award in residential lettings.

Letting Negotiator
A Sales role which involves dealing with customer enquires, matching client details with current vacancies, arranging appointments, carrying out viewings. The ideal candidate should be well presented, with a good telephone manner, capable of dealing under pressure and eager to climb the career path.

Accountants Assistant
A varied role which will involve preparing statement of accounts, balancing ledgers, dealing with arrears, You should have a background within accounts, and be able to work as part of a team, and looking to further your career. In addition you should have a good telephone manner, and confident in dealing with external customers.

Trainee Manager
You will be trained in aspect of lettings and property management, you should possess a good educational background and looking for a career opportunity. We will offer the right candidate a structured career path and the opportunity to study for a btec in our industry and you will be supported throughout this course


All applicants should have a current driving licence and car which is essential. You will be working Mon- Sat with a day off in the week and will be expected to work 45 hours a week, in return we offer a good salary together with a variety of initiatives including; 28 Days holiday inc bank holidays, generous mileage allowance and a company pension scheme.
