Our senior property managers and negotiators have all passed the NFOPP Technical Award in residential lettings, which is a highly recognised qualification within the lettings industry. We are a licensed agent with the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and Property Ombudsman scheme which have strict criteria on the way we run our business and look after our customers. We are also members of the recently introduced Tenancy Deposit Scheme that ensures our tenants' deposits are safe.
In order to deliver the level of service to both landlords and tenants we operate from four offices, one of which is our administration centre in the heart of Coventry City Centre which has its own dedicated accounts, referencing and property management teams
Our advertising campaign, which can be seen in the local press and other publications, shows our commitment to letting properties professionally, quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on the level of service we can provide from the letting of simple dwellings to the more corporate properties. Your property will be marketed from our letting offices, as well as our website and all the major property portals. We will also search for suitable clients and manage your property from the commencement of the tenancy until the date of vacation.
Our expansion into Rugby started in September 2007 with the acquisition of Regent Residential lettings whose existing owners were retiring; again in May 2009 we acquired the lettings business of Ryan Estates and moved into our newly refurbished premises in Bank Street. We continue to grow in the area and by implementing all our knowledge and experience previously gained we have become one of Rugby’s leading letting agents. Our expansion programme continues with the acquisitions of Newman’s Coventry letting portfolio in October 2010 and our thirst for more remains strong.
