We are one of the largest independent letting agents within the Coventry and Warwickshire area, employing more than 20 staff who are dedicated and enthusiastic about renting properties. Archer Bassett was established in 1998 by Managing Director Peter Moore, and the concept of the business was, and still is, the management and letting of residential properties. We are an established property management company offering professional advice and solutions in all aspects of property management and seen by our competitors and a major player within the letting industry.
Our property managers and negotiators have all passed the NFOPP Technical Award in residential lettings which is a highly recognized qualification within the lettings industry. We are an accredited agent to the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and Ombudsman scheme, which have strict criteria on the way we run our business. We are also members of the recently introduce Tenancy Deposit Scheme that ensures our tenants' deposits are safe.
In order to deliver the level of service to both landlords and tenants we operate from three offices, one of which is our new administration centre in the heart of Coventry City Centre which has its own dedicated accounts, referencing and property management teams.
Our advertising campaign, which can be seen in the local press and other publications, shows our commitment to letting properties professionally, quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on the level of service we can provide from the letting of simple dwellings to the more corporate properties. Your property will be marketed from our two letting offices, as well as our website and all the major property portals. We will search for suitable clients and manage your property from the commencement of the tenancy until the date of vacation.
In September 2007 we expanded into the Rugby area with the acquisition of a property portfolio and office of a retiring letting agent, and again in May 2009 we acquired the lettings business of Ryan Estates, and moved into our newly refurbished premises in Bank Street. We continue to grow in the area and by implementing all our knowledge and experience previously gained we are quickly becoming one of Rugby’s leading sole letting agents.
